Upon Visual Inspection Found Fluid Reservoir was very low. Topped off reservoir off and Verified System Worked Properly. Thoroughly Cleaned off under side of vehicle and Engine Bay to then Road test and Perform Leak Inspection. After Performing 12 mile Road Test and Leak Inspection Found Power Steering Pressure Hose from Pump To Hydro Boost was Leaking From Crimp on Hose Slowly. Found Part is Motorcraft only and is on a back order and there is no Parts local to Repair Vehicle Right Now. Recommend to Customer that he keeps Fluid In Reservoir and Will Have to Check with Dealers around Country if Anyone has one Available.

After vehicle was towed in attempted to start the truck and it started and ran for about an hour without any issues. Called the customer and got a little more information and the customer believed the fuel tank may have a small seal from a fuel additive bottle stuck in the bottom restricting the lift pump from getting any fuel to the engine. R&I the fuel tank and found the suspicion to be true. Removed the seal that was blocking the pickup tube. Found no other objects inside the tank. Also found the passenger side tie rod to have lots of up and down movement suggest replacing passenger side and drivers side tie rods and the drivers side also had a small amount of up and down play.

Inspected vehicle and found that one of the fittings on the back of the fuel pump is leaking fuel. I will need to remove the exhaust crossover for the egr and coolant feed to access the fitting. It is possible tightening it may resolve the issue, however the fittings are torque to yield and may be too deformed to seal again requiring replacement of the line.
